About

We build for pickleball operators,
because we are them.

CourtIQ exists because the software running most pickleball and tennis facilities is either a spreadsheet or a gym SaaS with court booking bolted on the side. Neither works.

How we build

Three principles that keep the software honest.

Built for pickleball + tennis, not a gym bolt-on

Every feature starts with a question a court operator actually asked us — open play queuing, DUPR-aware matchmaking, court-hour revenue. We refuse to ship generic 'facility management' features that solve no one's problem.

Deterministic over clever

Our pricing, matchmaking, and alerts are rules you can read — not black-box ML. If you can't explain a recommendation to a member at the front desk, it shouldn't ship.

Operators in the loop

Nothing auto-applies. Every recommendation is an explicit Accept. We don't think software should be changing your prices or cancelling your clinics without you saying yes.

What we don't build

We say no to a lot.

CourtIQ deliberately doesn't ship tournament brackets, gym memberships, class scheduling for yoga studios, personal trainer directories, or ML pricing models. Every feature we skip is one we'd do poorly — and one less distraction from the features we ship well.
