Visit your facility’s public booking page or use the CourtIQ mobile app. Select a court, pick a date and time, and confirm your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Sign up at court-iq.xyz or through the mobile app using your email address. Once signed in, you can update your profile, manage memberships, and view your booking history from your dashboard.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis according to your plan. You can manage your payment method from your account settings.
Yes. Go to your bookings in the dashboard or mobile app and select the booking you’d like to change. Cancellation policies are set by each facility — check your facility’s rules for any deadlines or fees.

If you believe a match result submitted to DUPR is incorrect, contact your facility administrator first — they can review and correct match scores before resubmitting. If the issue can’t be resolved at the facility level, reach out to our support team using the contact form below with “DUPR Match Dispute” as the subject. Include the match date, opponent names, and the correct scores.
